Accuracy Standard Of CNC Milling Machine

My country has formulated precision standards for CNC milling machines, among which CNC vertical milling machines have professional standards for lifting table milling machines. The standard stipulates that the positioning accuracy of its linear motion coordinates is 0.04/300mm, the repeat positioning accuracy is 0.025mm, and the milling precision is 0.035mm. In fact, the ex-factory precision of machine tools has a considerable reserve, which is about 20% lower than the tolerance value of the national standard. Therefore, from the perspective of precision selection, general CNC milling machines can meet the processing needs of most parts. For parts with relatively high precision requirements, a precision CNC milling machine should be considered.
